The European leader in landscaping creation and maintenance has acquired a specialist in the maintenance of green spaces and ecological weeding in the maritime sector.
Located in Grand-Quevilly, Espaces Verts Lemire has developed strong local roots with a loyal clientele, attracted by the skills of the team, particularly in the area of maintenance of green spaces and ecological weeding. The company, which employs around 25 people, works mainly with municipalities and social landlords around Rouen.
This acquisition will strengthen idverde's position in Normandy, where the company is already present through its agency in Val-de-Reuil. By integrating the idverde group, Espaces Verts Lemire will benefit from the synergies that benefit the entire group and the local idverde team will ensure solid continuity to continue to serve the historical customers of Espaces Verts Lemire.
“idverde quickly established itself among the various players who approached me as the best opportunity to transfer my business.” explains Jean-Pierre Lemire. “idverde was able to support me in the multiple aspects of the project, with real consideration of the extra-financial aspects, particularly in terms of human resources.” Jean-Pierre Lemire will support the integration of his company into the idverde group for a few months.
The acquisition of Espaces Verts Lemire illustrates once again idverde's strategy of creating a close network in each region in order to offer strong responsiveness to our customers and local solutions, but also to offer them a complete range of services with an unequalled level of expertise, the fruit of experience developed within each team.
“I am happy to count the employees of Espaces Verts Lemire among our workforce and warmly welcome them”. Olivier Bret, General Director of idverde France.
