London, 8 April 2026 — idverde, Europe’s leading green services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joost Heemskerk as Country Chief Executive Officer of idverde NL, effective today. He succeeds Marc Bolier, who has successfully led the Dutch organisation in recent years and played a key role in building its strong foundation as one of the leading market players. Furthermore, Marc Bolier is now appointed as Non-Executive Director for idverde Group, with a focus on supporting the development of idverde’s activities in Spain following its recent market entry.

Joost Heemskerk brings over 20 years of international leadership experience in offshore and renewable energy. He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and is a graduate of the UNITECH International program.

Joost began his career at Bain & Company, where he developed a strong foundation in strategy, performance improvement and transformation. He subsequently held senior leadership positions at SBM Offshore and 2-B Energy. Most recently, Joost served as Chief Commercial Officer at Sif Group, a leading Dutch-based manufacturer of offshore wind foundations. In this role, he was instrumental in driving business development and order intake, leading major investment decisions, and strengthening the commercial organization through strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
