idverde Appoints Lionel Beylier as Group Chief Human Resources Officer

idverde, Europe’s leading provider of green environmental services, today announced the appointment of Lionel Beylier as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), a newly created role, and member of the Group Executive Committee.

Lionel brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in fast-growing and transforming organisations. He has held senior roles in leading global groups including Holcim, Ingenico, Worldline, HP and Schneider Electric across Europe and Asia, with a strong track record in people strategy, organisational transformation and M&A integration, building high-performing HR functions and leadership teams to support growth.

As Group CHRO, Lionel will partner closely with the Group CEO and Executive Committee to shape and deliver idverde’s people strategy, with a clear focus on leadership, culture, talent development, performance and engagement, supporting idverde’s continued growth and consolidation across Europe.
